    Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after purchase. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
    Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
    Delays: Please note that processing and shipping times may be delayed during public holidays or due to extreme conditions such as natural disasters, fires, severe weather, or health crises (e.g., COVID-19). We appreciate your understanding in these situations.
  2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
    Greece:
    Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days
    Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (Express shipping has an extra fee which will be added at the time of purchase.)
    Kalamata City Transfers: Orders delivered within the city of Kalamata have a shipping charge of €2. Cash on delivery is available for an additional fee of €1.
  3. Shipping Rates
    Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. The final shipping cost will be displayed at the time of purchase.

Greece:
Standard shipping costs: €3.30
Shipping costs to islands: €3.80
Shipping costs to remote areas in Greece: €7.50

    Greece: In Greece, you have several payment options:
    Advance Payment: You can pay in advance via bank transfer or other payment methods provided at checkout. Please ensure the payment is completed within [specific timeframe] to avoid any delays in processing your order.
    Cash on Delivery: You can pay cash on delivery through the transport company. This service is available for an additional fee of €2 across Greece. For orders delivered within the city of Kalamata, the cash on delivery fee is €1.

  3. Shipping Restrictions
    We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

    Greece: No additional customs or duties are applied to orders shipped within Greece.
